The Peer “Lead by Example” Campaign

      ~A Self-Awareness & Influence Campaign~

People are looking for Leaders and Role-Models;     Let it be you.

We believe that today people have more pressure, more choices, and more people telling them what to do than ever before. Especially our young people, where studies have shown that more than 50% of our under 30s are suffering from anxiety and depression; lack of a Life-Path, goals and ambition. They are experiencing a greatly reduced sense of Spirituality, Ethics and Morals. It's overwhelming. The Family Unit is not functioning. Parents aren't Parenting; Teachers aren't Teaching; and our Leaders aren't Leading. That's where this Peer who Leads by Example comes in.  How important is this in our Culture?

We need young people who “Talk the Talk” and then “Walk the Walk.

This Lead by Example Campaign is about knowing who you are and how you fit, and sharing that kind of information with other Peers so that they might also achieve a sense of personal awareness and the potentials that that awareness may spawn.

It is almost as simple as knowing that if you do your homework and study, you will do better on your test.  It's knowing that you must set a goal in order to achieve it.  A true Leader doesn't just Tell you what to do, he/she will also Show you how to do it and then do it right along side of you. So it's not enough just to be a good person... you must go beyond and be vocal - tell your Peers how to also be a personal success... take someone along with you on your path to a successful life.

One of the easiest ways to begin is the "I Know" Campaign.  Get 3 or 4 of your Peers to complete this activity and then get together and discuss the new knowledge they have gained.  It's a fun way to introduce and influence someone to a Life of Learning.  Often when someone begins to learn more interesting things it leads to setting new goals - and that is how it begins.
